Wedding Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. softened margarine
    1 c. confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Mix margarine and 1/2 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add vanilla and flour, beat until well mixed.
    Stir in nuts.
    Cover and chill at least 1 hour.
    Roll into 1-inch balls.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Bake 15 minutes.
    Cool on pan 2 to 3 minutes.
    Roll in confectioners sugar.
    Continue to cool, then roll in sugar again. Store in tin.
