Macaroni Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    4 carrots, grated
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix milk, sugar, mayonnaise and vinegar together and pour over chilled vegetables and macaroni. Refrigerate overnight.
