Quickie Stickie Buns - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    1/4 c. butter
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
Preparation
    In a large bowl, measure 1 1/2 cups flour and 2 packages yeast. In a saucepan, blend milk, water, butter, sugar and salt.
    Stirring constantly, heat until warm.
    Pour into flour mixture and egg. Beat 1/2 minute at low speed, scraping bowl constantly.
    Beat 3 minutes at high speed.
    By hand gradually add 1 1/4 cups flour. Scrape from bottom and sides of bowl.
    Cover and let rise for 30 minutes in warm place.
    Make topping.
