Broccoli Cornbread Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
2 sticks melted margarine
4 eggs
1 c. cottage cheese
1 chopped onion
1 (10 oz.) box chopped frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
Preparation

Combine ingredients.
Mix well.
Bake in 3-quart casserole at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes until golden.
