Hot German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes (red potatoes are nice)
    2/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 eggs
    1 lb. chopped bacon
    2 Tbsp. salt
    3/4 c. chopped onions
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water.
    Peel and dice.
    Add vinegar and seasonings.
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Cook eggs 4 minutes. Combine potatoes, bacon, 4 tablespoons bacon fat, soft-cooked eggs and onions.
    Keep warm until served.
