Cream Cheese Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 oz. cream cheese
1 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 c. cool whip
1 c. milk
2 boxes instant pudding mix
1 can solid pack pumpkin (1 1/2 c. fresh, cooked)
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. cloves
(2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice can be substituted for spices)
1 graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar with a wire whisk. Gently stir in cool whip. Add remaining ingredients and whisk until well blended. Pour into graham cracker crust and chill.
