Corn Bread Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 (15.25 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (15.25 oz.) can creamed corn
    1 1/2 c. cheese, shredded
Preparation
    In a pan, melt butter. Add onion, green pepper and salt; saute. Mix corn, eggs, muffin mix and 1 cup of cheese. Add the sauteed onions and peppers. Put in an 8 x 8-inch casserole dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
