Tom'S "Rebel Yell" Road Kill Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh cleaned boned road kill meat (deer, 'coon, possum or store bought can substitute)
    1 c. chopped onion
    3 garlic cloves
    1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
    2 large cans chunk tomatoes
    8 oz. can mushrooms
    2 cans (16 oz.) pinto beans
    8 oz. can sauerkraut
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    chili powder (3 to 6 Tbsp. mild; 7 to 8 Tbsp. hot)
    9 to 12 Tbsp. China Syndrome
    garlic salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and garlic.
    Pour off excess fat.
    Combine all ingredients and simmer 3 to 3 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally or until mixture becomes thick.
    Serve with plenty of cold beer and saltines.
