Spinach-Cheese Pie (6) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained (do not cook)
    1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
    2 lb. Ricotta cheese
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    8-inch pie crust, partially cooked at 375~ for 10 minutes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine all ingredients and pour into partially-cooked pie shell.
    Bake 45 to 60 minutes, until center is set.
    Serve hot or cold.
