Smoky Ham Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 small red potatoes
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (97% fat free)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch, mixed with 1 c. skim milk
    1 to 2 cans (2.8 oz. each) Durkee French fried onions, divided
    dash of black pepper
    2 (16 oz.) cans green beans, drained
    6 slices turkey bacon, cooked
    1/4 c. water
    2 c. cooked turkey ham chunks, mixed with 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Microwave potatoes on High 2 minutes on each side.
    Cool, peel and dice small.
    Combine all ingredients except save half of the onions.
    Pour into Pam sprayed 2 1/2-quart casserole dish.
    Bake uncovered in 350\u00b0 oven 25 to 35 minutes.
    Top with remaining onions.
    Bake uncovered 2 to 5 minutes longer or until light brown.
