Layered Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. cherry jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 (No. 2 1/2) can fruit cocktail
1 banana
1 Tbsp. Knox gelatine
1/4 c. cold water
3/4 c. boiling fruit juice
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
3/4 c. lite mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Drain fruit cocktail; reserve juice.
Dissolve jello in hot water.
Add the cold water.
Place 1/2 can of fruit in bottom of 8-inch square pan or an angel food pan.
Cover with half of the jello.
Chill until firm.
