Syrup Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. Ribbon cane syrup
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    3/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Thoroughly mix
    all
    of the ingredients and pour into a greased and
    floured
    8-inch
    square pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
