Coconut Cream Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. butter or oleo
    1 1/2 c. moist shredded coconut
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. flour
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 baked 9-inch pie shell
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt, cornstarch and flour in saucepan.
    Add milk gradually; stir until mixed.
    Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Stir 1/2 cup of hot mix into egg yolks, then return to hot mixture in saucepan. Cook 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
    Remove from heat; stir in butter and vanilla.
    Cool.
    Add 1 cup coconut; pour into baked pie shell.
    Cover with remaining coconut.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
