Chile Rellenos Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Jack cheese
1 lb. Cheddar cheese
2 cans or 4 large whole chiles, dressed and drained
4 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 (8 oz.) can green chile salsa
1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce or more
Preparation

Beat eggs, flour and milk until smooth.
Shred cheeses.
Mix two sauces together.
In greased casserole, layer first 1/2 of cheeses and 1/2 chiles.
Repeat.
Pour milk mixture over all. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Take out and pour tomato sauce mixture over top.
Bake 15 to 20 more minutes.
