Mexican Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. self-rising corn meal
    3 eggs
    2 c. whole milk
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 chopped onion
    1/4 c. crumbled bacon
    1 c. creamed corn
    1/4 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
    1/4 c. pimiento peppers, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into cast-iron skillet.
    Cook for about 1 1/2 hours.
    Makes 2 skillets of bread.
    Delicious with vegetables or soups.
