Singapore Chicken Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken, skinned and cubed
    2 Tbsp. curry powder
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 c. each soy and salad oil
    4 cloves minced garlic
Preparation
    In a small bowl stir together curry, sugar, soy, oil and garlic.
    Place cubed chicken in a plastic bag.
    Pour marinade over meat, seal and move all around to coat.
    Refrigerate in bag 4 hours minimum (or up to 2 days).
    Place on skewers and barbecue. Serves 6.
