Baked Jellied Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Concord grapes
    3/4 c. sugar
    1/3 c. quick tapioca
    2 c. warm water
Preparation
    Wash grapes; separate skins from pulp.
    Simmer pulp about 10 minutes; put through sieve.
    Place skins and pulp in a 1-quart baking dish.
    Add tapioca, sugar and warm water; stir lightly. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir after 30 minutes, then again when finished baking.
    Serve cold with whipped cream.
