John Wellis' Baby Ribs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slabs ribs
    3 Tbsp. Dry Spices (see recipe)
    1 c. Basting Sauce (see recipe)
    1 c. Sweet Sauce (see recipe)
Preparation
    Rub on Dry Spices and Basting Sauce, then refrigerate ribs 3 hours prior to cooking.
    Brush ribs with Sweet Sauce the last 30 minutes of cooking.
