Sweet Potato Casserole(For 12) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 large sweet potatoes
    3/4 stick oleo
    brown sugar to taste
    orange juice to taste (add 2 Tbsp. at a time)
    1 or 2 eggs (optional; makes it almost a souffle)
    rum, rum flavoring or bourbon (if desired)
Preparation
    Potatoes
    may
    be
    boiled or cooked carefully in microwave; skin.
    (May
    be
    done earlier.) Prepare in a Mixmaster. Put in greased casserole.\t(May be frozen at this point.) When ready
    to serve, heat thoroughly in 300\u00b0 oven.
    Put small dabs of
    oleo. Sprinkle cinnamon.\tAdd small marshmallows to cover top before putting in oven.
    Prepare 1/2 cup per person.
