Black Bottoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 pkg. chocolate chips (6 oz.)
    1 egg, beaten
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    1/4 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/3 c. oil
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, beaten egg and salt and beat.
    Stir in chocolate chips and set aside.
    Combine remaining ingredients; batter will be thin.
    Beat well.
    Fill cupcake cups 1/3 full of this mixture.
    Drop spoonful of chocolate chip mixture on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
