Coca-Cola Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
2 sticks margarine
3 Tbsp. cocoa
1 c. Coca-Cola
1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows
2 eggs (unbeaten)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. buttermilk

Preparation

Combine flour and sugar in a mixing bowl.
Heat margarine, cocoa and Coca-Cola to boiling point.
Pour over flour and sugar, beating well.
Add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows.
Mix again.
Bake in greased and floured sheet pan for 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Simple, but delicious!
