Light Crab Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 small onion
    1 garlic clove
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. skim milk
    1 medium tomato, seeded
    1/2 small green pepper
    3/4 c. fresh parsley, divided
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. salt
    4 oz. imitation crab meat, flaked
    crackers, fresh veggies or cocktail breads
Preparation
    Finely chop onion.
    Press garlic through a garlic press.
    Mix onion, garlic, cream cheese and milk until well blended.
    Spread on small plate or tray.
