Caramel Pecan Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 package light brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. cream of tarter
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 cup milk
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cups pecans
Preparation
    Mix first four ingredients and cook until medium to hard boiled stage when dropped in cool water.
    Remove from heat and add butter and then pecans.
    Beat and drop on cookie sheet until it hardens.
