Rum Baked Bananas - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 firm bananas
grated rind and juice of 1 lemon
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 to 2 Tbsp. rum
Preparation

Cut bananas in half lengthwise.
Place cut side down in buttered baking dish.
Brush bananas with lemon juice; sprinkle with rind and brown sugar.
Combine butter and rum; drizzle over bananas.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Serve plain or with ice cream.
Serves 2.
