Raisin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 lb. raisins in 1 pt. boiling water
    1 c. juice after boiled with 1 tsp. soda in juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon and nutmeg
    2 c. flour or to make stiff batter
Preparation
    Mix.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
