Pebbles Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 chicken breasts
1 large onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes, diced
1 medium bag nacho cheese Doritos, crushed
1 lb. Velveeta, thick sliced
1 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation

Boil chicken until done and chop.
Put chopped chicken in bottom of 9x13 casserole dish.
Sprinkle with black pepper.
Add chopped onion.
Cover with sliced Velveeta cheese.\tCrumble 1/2 bag nacho chips and layer over onions.
In separate bowl, mix soups and Rotel.
Pour over casserole.
Top with remaining crushed nacho chips.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Serves 8.
