Filled Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese
    1 lb. butter or margarine
    4 Tbsp. vanilla
    canned fruit filling (I use apricot or prune)
    2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cream together cream cheese, butter and vanilla.
    Add flour. Mix well.
    Let set 1 hour in refrigerator.
    Roll in more flour to about 1/4 inch thick.
    Cut in 2-inch squares.
    Fill with desired filling.
    Fold two opposite corners together.
    Leave other two corners flat.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly brown.
    Dust with powdered sugar.
