Chicken Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked cubed chicken (prefer white meat)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 can water chestnuts, finely chopped
Preparation

Saute onions and celery.
Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish.
Sprinkle with buttered bread crumbs.
You can add Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
