Chocolate Angel Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. semi-sweet chocolates
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    8 oz. whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
    Combine chocolate and 3 tablespoons water in saucepan.
    Heat until chocolate melts, stirring constantly.
    Cool.
    Stir in vanilla.
    Fold gently into whipped cream.
    Spoon into meringue pie shell. Chill for 2 hours or longer.
    Garnish with additional stiffly whipped cream, shaved bitter chocolate and nuts.
