No Peek Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean stew beef
    6 cut up carrots (2 inch pieces)
    6 cut up potatoes (quarter small potatoes)
    2 onions cut up
    2 10 oz. cans cream of celery soup
    1 10 oz. can water
Preparation
    Butter casserole dish.
    Layer meat, carrots, onion and potatoes.
    Mix soup and water.
    Pour over vegetables and meat. Cover casserole dish and bake in 300\u00b0 oven for 4 hours.
