Barbecued Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. cooked and shredded beef
1 chopped onion
1 Tbsp. fat
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1/2 c. catsup
1/2 c. barbecue sauce
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
-
Saute onions, celery and green pepper in fat.
Add rest of ingredients except meat.
Simmer slowly for 15 minutes, stirring often.
Add meat; simmer 10 minutes.
Serve on hamburg or hot dog buns.
