* Frankfurter Casserole * - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. frankfurters
2 Tbsp. oleo or butter
1 c. sliced onion
1 pkg. Italian green beans
1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. marjoram
1 (9 oz.) pkg. biscuits
1/2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cut franks in half, lengthwise and then crosswise; set aside. Melt butter in heavy skillet (be sure handle is ovenproof).
Add half of onions and cook slowly until soft.
Add green beans (do not defrost).
Add other half of onions.
Stir in soup, milk, salt and marjoram, mixing well.
Fold in frankfurters and heat to bubbling.
