Chicken Chili Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can whole corn, drained
2 c. cut in cooked chicken
1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
1 can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 small can chopped green chili
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
4 c. Fritos, tortilla chips or potato chips, crushed
Preparation

In 2-quart ungreased casserole, place 2 cups chip. Top with corn. Add chicken and olives. Mix soup, chili, sour cream, salt and cumin. Spread over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with remaining chips. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes. When done, sprinkle with grated cheese and melt under broiler (optional)
