Peanut Butter Ice Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    2 c. half and half
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    4 c. whipping cream
    1 c. peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Scald milk until bubbles form around edge; remove from heat. Add sugar and salt; stir until dissolved.
    Stir in half and half, vanilla, whipping cream and peanut butter.
    Cover and chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
    Freeze as directed.
