Crab Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 deep dish pie shell
2 eggs
1 c. whipping cream
dash of salt
dash of cayenne pepper
3 oz. grated Swiss cheese
3 oz. Gruyere cheese
1 Tbsp. flour
1 (6 oz.) can flaked crab meat
mushrooms and onions
Preparation

Bake pie shell.
Beat eggs, cream, salt and pepper.
Combine cheeses, flour and crab.
Sprinkle cheese mixture over pie shell. Pour cream mixture over cheese.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
