Polish Stuffed Cabbage(Gawumki) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head cabbage
    3 bags sauerkraut, drained
    5 large onions
    3 cans mushrooms, drained
    1 box fresh mushrooms
    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. rice
    5 lb. chopped meat
Preparation
    In pot, cook 3 bags sauerkraut, 2 onions (diced), all mushrooms and butter.
    Brown together and add more butter as needed.
    Parboil cabbage.
    Drain.
    Separate each leaf.
    Rinse 1 cup uncooked rice 10 times, then boil 15 minutes with approximately 1/4 teaspoon salt.
    Drain well and mix with chopped meat.
    Dice 3 onions and brown in butter and mix into chopped meat.
    Roll into balls and wrap each in a cabbage leaf.
    Place in large roasting pan you can layer.
    Spread sauerkraut mixture over top.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until meat is cooked.
