Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oleo
1/4 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. flour (not sifted)
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 c. berries
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Beat eggs in cup with spoon.
Add to first mixture.
Sift flour, baking powder, salt and nutmeg over the berries in a large bowl.
Add creamed mixture alternately with milk and vanilla.
Bake at 350\u00b0 in 8 x 8-inch pan for 1 hour.
