Sukiyaki Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. raw spinach leaves
    bean sprouts, drained
    1/2 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1/2 c. raw mushrooms, sliced
    1/2 c. green pepper, sliced
    1/2 c. watercress
    1/2 c. other salad cup greens
    1/4 c. water chestnuts, sliced
    1/2 c. cabbage, sliced
Preparation
    In a large bowl, combine ingredients.
    Blend 2 tablespoons soy sauce and garlic to taste with 1/2 cup of your favorite oil and vinegar dressing.
    Toss with salad.
