Shrimp And Okra Gumbo - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs fresh, peeled shrimp
    2 cups fresh, diced okra
    2 Tbsp oil
    1 stick margarine
    4 Tbsp flour
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 Tbsp chopped scallions
    1 Tbsp worscestershire sauce
    3 quarts water
    salt, pepper, and Creole seasoning to taste
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, saute okra in oil for 10 minutes, stirring constantly so as not to burn.
    Remove okra and set aside.
    Add margarine and flour to make a roux.
    Add okra and all remaining vegetables.
    Cook for 5 minutes or until wilted.
    Add water and worcestershire sauce. Cook for 2 hours.
    Add shrimp and seasoning.
    Cook for 30 minutes or until tender.
    Serve over cooked white rice in soup bowl.
