Egg Drop Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. poultry stock
    1 1/2 tsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. cold water
    2 large eggs
    3 scallions
    salt to taste
    sesame oil
Preparation
    Heat stock until boiling.
    Mix cornstarch with cold water and stir into stock.
    Remove from heat.
    Beat eggs and stir into stock.
    (The eggs will look like threads.)
    Add scallions and a drop of sesame oil as garnish and serve.
