Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    2 c. flour
    2 c. cut-up rhubarb
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and fold in rhubarb.
    Sprinkle brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon over top.
    Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
