Corn Bread(Mexico) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    2 eggs
    1 onion, grated
    1 c. Wesson oil
    1 c. sour cream
    1 small can creamed corn
Preparation
    Mix as you would a cake.
    Bake for 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
