Goose Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    goose, diced
    3 onions, diced
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1/2 c. catsup
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 Tbsp. onion flakes
    3 stalks celery, diced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 c. barbecue sauce
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
Preparation
    Soak goose overnight in salt water (optional).
    Place goose in pot of water (1/4 full); add dry onion flakes and celery seed. Bring to a boil, then simmer until goose is done, approximately 1 to 3 hours.
    When tender, remove goose; let cool.
    Take meat off bones and cut into bite-size pieces.
    Cook until soft, onions and celery.
    Add rest of ingredients, stir and let simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
