Almost Perfect Texas Red Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. meat
2 cloves garlic
large chopped onion
15 oz. can tomato sauce
2 cans stewed tomatoes, diced
1 small can chili powder (hard to get too much)
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. paprika
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. red cayenne pepper (optional)
8 dashes Tabasco sauce (optional)
1/2 doz. chopped jalapenos and some of the juice (optional)
Preparation

Brown meat with garlic and onion in a large stew pot.
Drain excess grease, then add all the ingredients.
If serving ladies, babies, wimps or you are partial to your company, don't use the last 3 ingredients.
Let this all simmer for about 45 minutes. Take about 1/2 cup of flour and add hot water to it, a little at a time until soupy and stir into chili.
This \"tightens\" the chili and adds flavor.
Then simmer 15 more minutes, then serve.
