Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. boneless beef
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
Preparation
    Trim all fat off meat and slice very thin. Combine all ingredients and marinate meat for 1 hour. Dry slightly on paper towels.
    Put on oven racks. Set oven to 150\u00b0 and leave door open slightly.
    Let meat dry 7 to 8 hours.
