Company Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1/4 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. oil
    3/4 c. rice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 (3 oz.) can mushrooms
    2 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Flour chicken and brown in oil; combine rice, salt and pepper in greased 2-quart casserole.
    Add onions and mushrooms.
    Put in casserole; arrange chicken on top of rice and dot with butter. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
