Hot Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped red pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, thawed and drained
few drops hot pepper sauce
Preparation

Cook and stir celery, red pepper and onion in margarine in skillet over medium heat until tender.
Reduce heat, add Velveeta cheese and stir until melted.
Stir in broccoli and pepper sauce, stirring constantly.
Serve with crackers or vegetables.
