Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 1/2 c. Progresso Italian bread crumbs
    1 egg
    salt and pepper to taste
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    Combine salmon, onion, bread crumbs, egg, salt and pepper. Heat oil in a large skillet (approximately 1/4 inch deep).
    Form patties and cover outside in additional bread crumbs.
    Fry in oil, turning once, until golden brown.
