Spiced Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

3 c. self-rising flour
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. shredded or chopped zucchini
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. sugar
1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation

Blend flour, cinnamon and nuts in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat eggs.
Add sugar, oil and vanilla.
Stir in zucchini and pineapple.
Add to dry ingredients and stir until moist.
Flour and grease 2 loaf pans; bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
