Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 large potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. crumbled bacon
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients and put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Top with bacon and olives.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
